Using SHOWTEK
You may use SHOWTEK to discover livestock shows, jackpots, clinics, deadlines, and related opportunities. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape or republish its database in bulk, submit unlawful material, or impersonate another person or organization.
Event information and verification
SHOWTEK organizes information from event flyers and organizer submissions. Dates, fees, rules, eligibility, judges, schedules, locations, awards, and availability may change. Always review the original flyer and confirm important details with the event organizer before traveling, entering, or spending money.
No endorsement or guarantee
A listing does not mean SHOWTEK sponsors, endorses, insures, sanctions, or guarantees an event, organizer, venue, judge, prize, animal-health requirement, safety condition, or outcome. Participation is at your own risk.
Submitting an event
Submitters must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide the event information and flyer. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the rights or permission needed to share the content. You grant SHOWTEK a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to copy, resize, display, organize, and promote the submitted material for SHOWTEK event-listing purposes.
Do not submit livestock sales, unrelated content, misleading information, private information, or content that violates another person’s rights. SHOWTEK may verify, edit for clarity, decline, postpone, correct, or remove any submission.
Service provider directory
Provider listings are supplied by independent businesses and individuals. A listing is informational only and does not mean SHOWTEK has endorsed, employed, licensed, insured, certified, background-checked, or guaranteed the provider. Visitors must independently confirm qualifications, licenses, insurance, pricing, travel, availability, safety practices, and suitability before hiring or relying on a provider.
Providers must be at least 18 years old, authorized to represent the listed business, and legally permitted to offer every advertised service. Providers are responsible for accurate information and all agreements, services, payments, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, injuries, losses, and disputes involving their customers. SHOWTEK is not a party to provider transactions and may verify, edit, decline, suspend, or remove listings.
Corrections and cancellations
Organizers should send corrections or cancellation notices promptly to hello@getshowtek.com. SHOWTEK will make reasonable efforts to update listings but cannot guarantee that every visitor sees an update before acting.
Intellectual property
The SHOWTEK name, logo, original website design, and original content belong to SHOWTEK or its licensors. Event flyers and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOWTEK is provided “as is” and “as available.” SHOWTEK is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or changed information, canceled events, travel, entries, purchases, provider services, animal injury or illness, personal injury, property damage, third-party websites, transactions, or conduct at an event.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. Texas law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
